Todd Kim Todd Kim is the first Solicitor General for the District of Columbia. He was appointed by Attorney General Robert J. Mr. Kim graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1997, where he was an executive editor of the Harvard Law Review, and received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in biology from Harvard College in 1994.
